The pain and suffering of this confusion is experienced as loneliness, despair, powerlessness, smallness, giving our power (our energy) away, being used and taken advantage of, self doubt and even self hatred, conditional relationships and more.  

If you've suffered... you're not broken, maybe a little bruised and battle-weary, but not broken.  You're a courageous, brave, and resilient being who is still looking for the truth.

We come into this world as inherently beautiful, magnificent beings... and then we forget.  It isn’t long before the untruths and chaos overshadows us and we slip into programs and conditionings of suffering, unworthiness and confusion.

There comes a day in our lives when we say “No More” and then, the search for truth begins.

When we realise the truth of who we are, when we can remember our inherent gifts and express ourselves from that space, our life takes on new meaning.

We realise that life is but a reflection of our inner environment... a peaceful planet, truthfully begins from the ripples of a peaceful heart.
